Aiden Rollin

Age: 22

Town: Norfolk

Convicted: 22/01/2024

Convicted of nine sexual offences against four young victims.

Aiden Rollin, described as "extremely sexually preoccupied," has been sentenced to nine years in prison for nine sexual offences against four young victims.

Rollin, from Beccles Road, Bradwell, near Great Yarmouth, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Friday. The court heard that between September 2017 and March 2020, Rollin committed multiple offenses against four young girls, including rape and attempted sexual assault.

One victim, who was 15 at the time, described Rollin as a "monster" and a "demon," stating that he had "destroyed," manipulated, and broken her. She said the trauma caused her to feel like "I wanted to tear every single bit of skin off and tear my eyes out." She added, "Now you're going down for it because you're a monster."

Another victim, who was raped in August 2019, said she felt "haunted for life" by Rollin's actions and wanted the nightmares and flashbacks to end.

Judge Andrew Shaw expressed his sadness at the impact Rollin's actions had on the victims. He stated that it was "difficult to express how sad it was to read the impact of your behaviour on such young women."

Defense attorney Marc Brown argued that Rollin was "very young" when some of the offenses occurred and was an "immature man" who committed "the bulk of the offending" before he turned 18.

Rollin was made subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and placed on the sex offenders register for life.
