Sexually assaulted a young child over a three-year period.

58-Year-Old Man Jailed for Sexual Assault of Child

Anthony Jarrett, of Maple Close, Larkfield in Kent, has been sentenced to 10 years and 10 months in prison for sexually assaulting a young child over a three-year period.

Jarrett previously admitted to four charges of sexual assault, which took place in the south of Lincolnshire. The abuse involved a single victim, according to Lincolnshire Police.

The sentencing took place at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday. In addition to the prison sentence, Jarrett was also placed on the sex offenders register for life and made subject to a sexual harm prevention order.

A restraining order was also imposed against Jarrett.
