Paedophile Jailed for Sexually Abusing Teenager

Clinton Woodcock, from Chatham, has been sentenced to over two years in prison for sexually abusing a teenager. Woodcock, 50, had initially denied the charges but was found guilty by a jury at Maidstone Crown Court on March 14.

He was convicted on three counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child aged 13 to 15, and one count of sexual activity in the presence of a child aged 13 to 15. The offenses took place in Gillingham between 2016 and 2018.

In addition to the sexual abuse charges, Woodcock was also charged with two counts of voyeurism in 2021, which he admitted.

For his crimes, Woodcock received a prison sentence of two years and 10 months. He was also handed a ten-year sexual harm prevention order and added to the sex offenders' register for life.
