Conner Dilkes Jailed for Rape of Underage Girl

Conner Dilkes, an 18-year-old from Nottingham, has been sentenced to four and a half years in prison for the rape of an underage girl.

The assault occurred in July 2023 in an overgrown area in Daybrook. Despite initially denying any involvement, Dilkes was apprehended based on CCTV footage and forensic evidence. He subsequently pleaded guilty to two counts of rape related to the attack.

In addition to the rape charges, Dilkes also admitted to theft, assault by beating, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place stemming from an unrelated incident in June 2022. He was sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday.

As part of his sentence, Dilkes has been placed on the sex offenders register for life and subject to a sexual harm prevention order that will restrict his activities upon his release. An indefinite restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim.
