Rhyl Man Returns to Prison for Breaching Post-Custodial Requirements
David Nash, 27, of Clwyd Street, Rhyl, has been sent back to prison after failing to comply with post-custodial requirements following his release and with the sex offenders register notification requirements.
Nash was released from prison on July 1st and ordered to reside each night at a supported housing project on Clwyd Street, which is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He was accused of failing to reside there on August 4th, 28th, 30th, and 31st.
He admitted to these breaches at Mold Magistrates Court on September 10th.
Nash was also accused of failing to comply with notification requirements in regards to the sex offenders register. These requirements include providing information such as names, addresses, all foreign travel, bank account details, and passport information.
He pleaded guilty to this offence at Mold Magistrates Court on September 10th. Nash was handed a concurrent, 16-week prison sentence.
