Man Ordered to Rehab After Indecent Exposure in Park

A 55-year-old man, Howard Beck, was ordered to participate in a rehabilitation program after pleading guilty to indecently exposing himself in a public park while watching a yoga class.

The incident occurred on July 13th at 6pm in a local park in Totton, Southampton. Beck was sitting on a bench watching a yoga class taking place in a nearby gym when he exposed himself and began masturbating.

At a Southampton Magistrates' Court hearing last Thursday, Beck was sentenced to a 12-month community order which included a six-month alcohol treatment order. The order also requires him to complete 20 days of reasoning and rehabilitation activities.

In addition to the community order, Beck was fined £50, ordered to pay £85 in court costs, and a £95 surcharge to fund victim support services.
