Man Jailed for Nine Years for Sexually Abusing 13-Year-Old Girl

Joshua Krogulski, 27, of Spruce Walk in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, has been jailed for nine years after being found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child.

Krogulski targeted the 13-year-old girl in 2018 when he was 24. He denied the charges, claiming he was unaware of the girl's true age. However, this claim was disputed by the girl's family, and Krogulski was ultimately found guilty by a jury.

A representative for the girl's family reported that Krogulski displayed disrespectful behavior during the trial at Bradford Crown Court, laughing and falling asleep.

On Friday, Krogulski was sentenced to a total of nine years in prison and ordered to register as a Sex Offender indefinitely. He was also subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
