Predator Caught by Hunter Group at Arbroath Bus Station

An Angus man, Mark Falzon, was caught by an online paedophile hunter group at Arbroath bus station while waiting to meet a schoolgirl from Glasgow. Falzon believed he had been grooming a 13-year-old girl, but he was actually being set up by the hunter group.

Falzon has now been placed on supervision after being caught in the sting operation. The incident highlights the dangers of online grooming and the important work being done by online paedophile hunter groups.

The hunter group had been monitoring Falzon's online activity and contacted the police when they became aware of his plans to meet the girl. Police arrived at the bus station and arrested Falzon.

Falzon has been convicted of attempting to communicate with a child for sexual purposes and has been placed on the sex offenders register. He is now on supervision and is subject to a number of restrictions, including being banned from contacting children under the age of 16.
