Flasher Gets Community Order for Exposing Himself To Woman

A sex offender who exposed himself to a woman in Winchester has been sentenced to a community order. Mark Jolliffe, 53, of North Hill Close, Fulflood, was found guilty at a trial on July 31st of intentionally exposing himself with the intention that someone would see and be caused alarm or distress on October 17th, 2022.

Magistrates at Basingstoke on December 19th imposed a six-month community order with up to 10 days rehabilitation activity. Jolliffe was also ordered to pay costs of £200 and a £114 victim surcharge, which will be deducted from his benefits within 28 days.
