Caught with hundreds of vile child abuse images.

West Lavington Man Sentenced for Possession of Child Abuse Images

A West Lavington man, Mark Sainsbury, was sentenced today (Monday) at Salisbury Crown Court after pleading guilty to three counts of possessing indecent images of children.

The 59-year-old biker, of Homefield, was found to have 442 photographs and videos on his laptop, including 13 classified as the most serious category, involving penetration.

Sainsbury was handed a 24-month community order with the requirement to complete a Maps for Change sex offender programme and 100 hours of unpaid work.

He must also register as a sex offender for five years and will be closely monitored with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order lasting the same period.
