Man Admits to Making Nearly 100 Indecent Images of Children

Michael Swidenbank, 60, of Lawson Street in Barrow, has admitted to making 93 indecent images of children between October 15, 2017, and July 9, 2020.

The charges, which were alleged to have been made in Kendal, include three counts related to the images.

These charges include seven images classified as category A, the most serious category.

Swidenbank was convicted of the offenses when he appeared before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
