35-Year-Old Man Jailed for Historic Child Sex Offenses

A 35-year-old man from Eastleigh, Nathan Anthony Savory, has been sentenced to seven years in prison for historic child sex offenses. Savory, of Chamberlayne Road, was found guilty on four counts at Southampton Crown Court on Friday, December 8, 2023, and was subsequently sentenced on Friday, February 16, 2023.

Savory received a seven-year sentence for one count and a concurrent sentence of 54 months for the other three. He will also be subject to a restraining order and Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

The offenses, for which he has now been imprisoned, took place in Eastleigh between Wednesday, March 16, 2011, and Saturday, March 16, 2013. At the time of the first incident, the victim was just 13 years of age.

Savory's crimes came to light when the victim, then 23, reported the incidents to police in 2021. She had wanted to report the offenses many years earlier, but Savory had made threats towards her.
