Raped one schoolboy and sexually assaulted another.

Paedophile Jailed for 22 Years for Raping and Sexually Assaulting Boys

Paul Allen, 60, from Newport, has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for raping one schoolboy and sexually assaulting another.

Judge Daniel Williams, during the sentencing at Newport Crown Court, stated that Allen had "an insatiable interest in the sexual abuse of young boys."

Allen, of Backhall Street, Caerleon, was found guilty following a trial of multiple offenses including rape, sexual assault, and inciting a 13-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity.

The sentence comprises an 18-year jail term and an extended licence period of four years. He will be eligible for parole after serving two-thirds of the custodial sentence.

Allen will also be placed on the sex offenders' register for life.
