Man Sentenced to 19 Years for Historical Child Sexual Abuse in Liverpool

Today, Friday 26 July, Raymond Andrews, 57, was sentenced to 19 years in prison at Liverpool Crown Court. Andrews was found guilty of two counts of rape and six counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15.

The abuse occurred in Liverpool between 2014 and 2016. Andrews, originally from Liverpool but residing in Oldham, was also issued a restraining order, Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and will be required to sign the Sex Offender Register for life.
