Sexually assaulting a child and distributing indecent images.

Pervert Jailed After Breaching Sexual Harm Prevention Order

Robert Farrow, of Gateshead, had been released on licence for sexually assaulting a child and distributing indecent images when he breached restrictions placed on him.

The 29-year-old was released from an eight-and-a-half year jail term last year, with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and strict conditions in place, designed to keep him away from children.

However, in May this year, police went to his home at Milling Court, Gateshead, after receiving a tip-off and found a teenage girl there with him.

Farrow admitted breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and has now been sentenced to ten months in prison by Newcastle Crown Court.
