Guilty of grooming a schoolgirl for sex.

Pervert Laughs as He's Sentenced for Grooming Schoolgirl

Terrance (Terry) Day, 23 of Southampton, was found guilty at Southampton Crown Court of sexual activity with a child aged under 16-years-old with penetration. The court heard Day groomed the child for his own sexual gratification.

Day showed no remorse throughout the trial and even laughed as he was sentenced by the judge.

He was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment and was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for a period of two years.

Day is also required to register as a sex offender for a period of ten years.
