Paedophile Allen Wilton Jailed for Breaching Sex Offenders Register

Allen Wilton, 49, of St Johns Wood Road in Ryde, has been sentenced to 16 months in prison for breaching his Sex Offenders Register requirements.

Wilton was legally obligated to register any online names or profiles he created. However, police discovered he had been using the name "falcon1" on an encrypted chat app called Wickr Me, without notifying authorities. He was arrested at his home on October 2nd and refused to provide his app password to police.

At Isle of Wight Crown Court on November 1st, Wilton was sentenced to 16 months imprisonment.

PC Michelle Walton stated: "Wilton is a repeat child sex offender with a history dating back to 2002. He showed complete disregard for his legal obligations, jeopardizing the safety of children. Our commitment to protecting children is unwavering, and this sentence reflects our zero tolerance for such offenses."
