Man Sentenced to Prison for Assault and Breach of Notification Requirements

Andrew Phimister, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to eight weeks in prison at Blackpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

The charges stemmed from incidents at two cafés on Morecambe promenade where Phimister engaged in verbally abusive behavior and made threats towards staff and members of the public.
