38-Year-Old Man Jailed for 15 Years for Child Sex Offenses

A 38-year-old man from Eastleigh, Andrew Paul Tucker, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for the rape and sexual assault of a child.

Tucker, of Shaw Road, was found guilty of nine offenses that occurred between 2017 and 2023. The victim was only ten years old at the time of the first incident.

The sentencing took place at Southampton Crown Court on Thursday, January 4th, 2023.

Upon his release from prison, Tucker will be subject to an eight-year extended license period. He will also be under a restraining order and a sexual harm prevention order.
