Sex Offender Sentenced to Community Payback for Child Abuse

Brandon Harrington, a 26-year-old man from Dundee, has been sentenced to a three-year community payback order for child sex abuse. The High Court in Edinburgh heard the case and Judge determined that an alternative to imprisonment was appropriate.
