Missing Sex Offender Located and Arrested

Police have tracked down and arrested James Alexander Campbell, a missing sex offender, in the Manchester area.

As previously reported, Hampshire Constabulary officers were seeking information on Campbell's whereabouts after he failed to register his address with authorities.

The 41-year-old was last seen in Portsmouth on November 19, 2012, following his release from court on an unrelated shoplifting charge.

Mr. Campbell is now in police custody after being located in the north of England.

A Hampshire Police spokesperson expressed gratitude to residents for their assistance during the Easter period appeal.
