45-Year-Old Man Sentenced to 14 Years for Sexual Offenses in Dundee

A 45-year-old man, James Henderson, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for sexual offenses and assaults in the Dundee area over a 13-year period.

Henderson was sentenced on Friday, 12 January, 2024 at the High Court in Edinburgh for offenses committed against four women between 2008 and 2021. The offenses included assault and rape.

He was found guilty following a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh in November, 2023.

In addition to the 14-year prison sentence, Henderson will be subject to four years of extended sentence supervision upon release.
