Ebbw Vale Man Denies Child Pornography Charges

Joey Morgan, 48, of Armoury Hill, Ebbw Vale, has pleaded not guilty to a series of charges related to possessing indecent images of children.

Morgan faces three charges of possessing an indecent photograph of a child, one charge of possessing an indecent image of a child, and three charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

The charges of possessing indecent photographs and images relate to offenses on June 14 and November 7, 2022.

Two of the charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order relate to an offense on August 6, 2022, while the other relates to an offense on September 10, 2022.

Morgan appeared at Cardiff Crown Court on [Date of Plea] where he pleaded not guilty to all charges. Judge Michael Fitton QC ordered that Morgan will face trial on December 15, 2023. James Evans appeared for the prosecution, while Hashim Salmman appeared for the defense.
