Kevin Duncan, a 22-year-old man, was sentenced to 225 hours of unpaid work last year after sexually assaulting a sleeping woman by climbing into bed with her.

However, Duncan has returned to Elgin Sheriff Court after contacting the two women involved on Facebook and making lewd advances towards them.

This incident has raised concerns about the adequacy of his initial sentence and the potential for further harm.
