Dover Man Breaches Sexual Offences Order

Kyle Brown, 24, of Farthingloe Cottages in Folkestone Road, Dover, has admitted to breaching a sexual offences order.

Brown was originally sentenced to 16 months in prison, suspended for 12 months, for distributing and possessing indecent images. This sentence was handed down at Canterbury Crown Court on January 31.

On April 10, Brown failed to allow police access to two mobile phones capable of connecting to the internet, which violated the terms of his sexual offences prevention order.

He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates' Court on May 30 and pleaded guilty to the breach.

Brown was released on unconditional bail and will be sentenced at Canterbury Crown Court at a later date.
