Martin Wynne, a 50-year-old man from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for child sex offences.

Wynne was found guilty of 18 counts, including 15 counts of indecent assault on a boy, two counts of inciting a boy to commit an act of gross indecency, and one count of gross indecency with a boy. The offences occurred in the 1990s and early 2000s.

Wynne was reported to authorities in 2020, leading to a four-week trial that concluded in November 2022 at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. He was sentenced on February 18th, 2023.
