Man Sentenced for Making Indecent Images of a Child

Matthew Ian O'Dare, 38, of Canford Lane, Bristol, has been sentenced for making indecent images of a child. He was arrested in Farmborough and admitted to making seven movie clips of a child, ranging from category four to category one images.

O'Dare also admitted to being in possession of 19 movie clips and 78 indecent images of children.

He was sentenced to 14 weeks in prison, suspended for two years, at Bath Magistrates Court.

In addition to the suspended sentence, O'Dare was ordered to sign the sex offenders register for seven years and must undergo a 42-day rehabilitation order.
