Police Appeal for Information on Wanted Sex Offender

Police have issued an appeal to find a wanted sex offender, Paul Chapman, who has failed to comply with his probation licence and breached sex offender notification requirements.

Chapman, 58 years old, is from the Dudley area and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Anyone who sees Chapman or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 999 immediately.

A spokesperson for Dudley police stated on Twitter: "Do you know where Paul Chapman is? The 58-year-old from Dudley is wanted on a warrant for failing to comply with his probation licence & breaching sex offender notification requirements. If you have any information please call 999 quoting 20/183619/22."

Police have shared an image of Chapman alongside the statement. The image shows him with a grey beard and blue eyes.
