Former Army Corporal Avoids Jail for Child Abuse Images

Philip Francis McLernon, a former Army Corporal, has escaped imprisonment after pleading guilty to creating and possessing indecent images of children.

McLernon claimed that he had no recollection of viewing the explicit photos and videos.
