Russell Eric Smith, 30, of Folly Field, admitted a breach of notification requirements.

Magistrates in Basingstoke heard that Smith failed to notify authorities of a change of address within three days or obtain a new bank card within seven days, an incident that occurred on December 18.

Smith pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined £166. He was also ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
