Gravesend Sex Offender Jailed for Over Five Years

Terry Knott, 32, was sentenced to five years and three months in prison at Woolwich Crown Court on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, after pleading guilty to three counts of sexual activity with a child.

Knott was apprehended in December 2023 following an investigation by Kent Police, who received a report alleging that he had committed the offenses over a two-month period prior to his arrest.

In addition to the prison sentence, Knott was placed on the Sex Offenders' Register and will be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order indefinitely.
